44 radiological signs across 9 categories
Every frontal chest X-ray gets a probability from 0 to 100 for each sign, from pneumothorax and consolidation to fractures and tube position, plus checks for rotation and inspiration.
Every score, tracked across a patient's chest X-rays
Compare today's film with the patient's previous chest X-rays. BraveCX stores the score for each sign on every study, so when you report you can see how each probability has moved since the last film, not just where it is today.
How BraveCX can be used
One model, set up for five clinical pathways. BraveCX sits at the chest X-ray step, and each pathway can be adapted to local protocols.
How BraveCX integrates with your chest X-ray pathway
BraveCX runs in the background between the RIS and the reporter. You keep working in the worklist and PACS you already use, and the results are waiting against each study.
A radiographer takes a frontal (PA or AP) chest X-ray.
The RIS sends the image to BraveCX automatically.
Images that are unsuitable, such as lateral views or the wrong body part, are returned with a reason.
A probability from 0 to 100 for each of the 44 signs.
Results appear against the study in the reporting worklist.
You see the scores and how they have changed, choose what to read first and make the diagnosis.
Set up to fit your department
Your IT team chooses how BraveCX is hosted. Nothing changes in how you report.
Cloud
Hosted on a secure, accredited cloud server. Images are anonymised with your existing tools before they're sent.
On-premises
Installed inside your firewall on standard Linux hardware, in Docker or LXD containers.
Through partners
Connected through your RIS provider, or built into third-party reporting systems.
